Oppie Plaas Parys – visit our unique Coffee Shop, Nursery and Animal Farm, just outside Parys in the Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site, South Africa

About us

A fourth-generation family farm, situated in the beautiful Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site in the North West Province of South Africa.

Relax in our refurbished tobacco/sheep shed turned Coffee Shop where we offer breakfasts, light meals, a variety of cakes and other sweet delights, fresh coffee and old-fashioned ginger beer.

For the gardener - stroll through the lovely wheelchair-friendly Nursery , set amidst old rock-walled kraals, with quaint gardens and beautiful, strong plants at affordable prices.

Children can meet and feed various animals in the Animal Farm . For the little ones there are jungle gyms, a sandpit and swings. Why not organise a school group visit or use us as a party venue for a special celebration?
